Lightest Double Stroller
If you're looking for a light double stroller weight and fold size are key factors to consider. Choosing one that's easy to maneuver and compact when not when not in use makes it much easier to place in the trunk of your car and maneuver through airport security and other foreign streets.
The best lightweight strollers feature an easy, light fold and self-standing mechanism to reduce the strain on parents' bodies. Several also have a wide variety of seating options and can accommodate infant car seat carriers.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
The perfect product for families who are always on the move. Compact and light weight, it has an easy fold with one hand. All-terrain wheels, front suspension and multi-position reclining seat accommodate children up to 50 lbs. The trays for parents and children as well as a large storage bin and a 3-tiered canopy with the peekaboo window offer maximum sun protection.

The Cloud scored one of the lowest marks in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a weak, hard plastic seat and a style that appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This makes it a poor choice for those looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it comes with enough features that are worth a look. Its swiveling front wheel makes it easy to maneuver on flat surfaces and it can leap over curbs with little effort unlike other light strollers that diverge when trying to do the same thing. The Cloud's low, knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs are hanging in that way. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.
In our tests during our testing, we found the Cloud to be easy to open and set up. It's a little more challenging to close, however; you need to slide a slider and then press a large white button to get it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that could fit a medium diaper bag. It's a bit narrow however, and you'll likely have to put something in it to reach back to take it out. The Cloud comes with an adult tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. But both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist style that's perfect for traveling. It weighs only 18lbs and is lighter than other single strollers. and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also has independently reclining seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors with peekaboo window. The visors can be adjusted to fit kids of various heights. It also has a parking brake that is linked in one step, and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also awesome for maneuvering over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have an excellent neck control to ride on the front seat. The stroller does have three panels of sun canopy, and each seat comes with its own cupholder and snack tray.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is another incredibly lightweight side by side stroller. It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxe details that make it perfect for travel. It folds easily, very maneuverable, and can easily fit into the overhead compartments and trunks of airplanes.
Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key differences. It's a bit more expensive, but it has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap and can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light with a lot of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs, but it has plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy-cup for the child pocket and a parent storage pocket, and more. The stroller can also be used with a child's car seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that can be easily engaged. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby to a toddler stroller simply by attaching car seat adapters (sold separate) and is suitable for children six months and over.
The stroller is swivel-wheel only and no locking capability which means it won't be the best choice for steep or rocky terrain. It's still a great option for families with children, since it can be easily maneuvered on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
This stroller is one of the lightest double strollers that has large features in a sleek, compact design. The quick-close feature allows you to fold it down with just one hand in seconds and it's compact enough to be easily stored in your trunk or garage. It can also be used a travel stroller and is compatible with most car seats without the need for adapters.
In contrast to most strollers that are lightweight like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ features two seats that can carry up to 50 lbs per seat (100 pounds total). The seats each have a recline in multiple positions, individual leg rests, as well as 3-panel canopies that have flip-out sun visors and windows that can be seen from a distance.
The seats are padded to ensure your child's comfort. They also come with five-point safety harnesses that can be adjusted in three different height positions. Pushchairs And Prams comes with an infant cushion, which is perfect for infants. The cup holders for parents and child, the cell phone holders and the big storage basket will be adored by parents. The stroller is also available with the Yoyo+ Board which transforms it into a tandem.
Joovy Kooper X2
The Kooper X2 double stroller is an excellent option for parents who want an easy-to-use double that can hold two kids. The sling-style seats are comfy and offer a similar amount of headroom. It also allows kids to sit together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it offers a fully reclined seat, making it an ideal choice for nap time. Its recline feature is simple to use, however it's not really flat. For taller children, there may be legs hanging out when in reclined positions. It also has a big canopy that we found to be more effective at blocking the sun's rays than other strollers in our evaluation of the top double strollers.
The stroller is light enough to navigate through door frames, which was a major issue for us with some other strollers we tested. It folds up quickly and the handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy transportation. Its only flaw is its limited storage space, which can feel uncomfortable when filled with kids' toys.
Joovy is a family-owned company that creates innovative, practical and high-quality baby products. Their line of products includes innovative baby bottles, like the Joovy Zoom X2 Double stroller and an innovative raincover that fits many popular strollers. The company's products are affordable priced, and they often feature fun designs that will draw children.
In our lab tests we examine a variety of factors in order to assess the ease of use of a double stroller. This includes how easy it is to fold and set up, how easy it is to adjust the safety harness, and how to open and close the brakes. We also carry and lift the folded walkers as if they were being placed in a trunk and how to set up and remove a infant car seat if needed. We also looked at the durability and strength of the stroller as well as whether each model has an adult tray that can be used by both children.
The Joovy Kooper X2 received the highest score in our Strollers Test Program due to its user-friendliness. It also earned the top score in our updated guide to the top double strollers. Its easy-to-use design includes one-hand recline that is tilt-free and a canopy that rotates forward for shade, a ventilation mesh that is visible when it's tilted. There are also individual child trays that have built-in cupholders, zipper parent pockets, and an extra-large storage basket.
